At the end of last year, CTY Development achieved high occupancy rate of both office and warehousing space. In 2011, Business parks Komoranska 63, U Tovaren 31 and Prumyslova 11 were occupied at the rate of 96 %. Such a high rate demonstrates satisfaction of current tenants, quality of provided space and services and also the attractivity of locations.
