3.5.2012 MOSTRO a.s. - delivery for Čerepetská GRES
In the first quarter of 2012, representatives of MOSTRO a.s. signed a contract for delivery of 1 680 high-pressure fittings for Russian thermal power plant Čerepetská GRES DG Žimerina (Tula region, city of Suvorov). Value of the contract is 2 686 145 EUR and the investment represents building of two new energo-blocks with the output of 225 MW each.

10.2.2012 Occupancy rate - division CTY Development
At the end of last year, CTY Development achieved high occupancy rate of both office and warehousing space. In 2011, Business parks Komoranska 63, U Tovaren 31 and Prumyslova 11 were occupied at the rate of 96 %. Such a high rate demonstrates satisfaction of current tenants, quality of provided space and services and also the attractivity of locations.
